Privacy Policy

1. Data stored on your device

Your settings and game progress, including your chosen in-game model name, language, statistics and unlocked endings, are stored locally using the operating system's standard app storage. Deleting the Game removes this local data, subject to the normal behavior of device backups managed by Apple.

2. Dynamic text service

This service is enabled by default and has no Settings switch. To produce occasional in-world headlines and articles, the Game sends a limited game-state snapshot to our server, which forwards it to our text-generation provider. It can include the model name you entered, locale, game statistics and an in-game region. Do not enter a real name or other personal information as the model name. The service is best-effort: when offline or unavailable, bundled text is used and gameplay continues normally.

3. Photo-library permission

If you choose Save to Photos on a battle report, the Game requests permission to add the image you selected to your photo library. This permission is used only for that user-initiated save. The Game does not scan, read, upload or analyze the other photos in your library. You can change photo access at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Optional global leaderboard

When you finish a winning run, the Game may submit your chosen public model name, completion time, ending identifier and game-result figures to our leaderboard. Do not use a real name or other personal information as your model name. The leaderboard is optional in practice: if the device is offline, the Game remains playable and no result is submitted.

5. Content updates

When online, the Game may check our server for updated game configuration, news copy and translations. The request contains the installed content version and standard connection information necessarily processed by a web server, such as an IP address. Downloaded content is stored locally. No advertising identifier, contacts, location, photo contents, microphone recording or camera data is included.

6. Purchases and distribution

Permanent-unlock purchases, payment information, distribution and device backups are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy terms. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

7. Your choices and contact

You may deny photo access and continue playing; only Save to Photos will be unavailable. You may play without a network connection, although leaderboards and content updates will be unavailable. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
